Mayva Donnon, AIA, is a Partner and key design voice at KSS Architects, balancing technical rigor with the human side of design. Across learning and working environments, Mayva applies neurodiversity-focused design experience to create inclusive, human- centered spaces supporting varied ways of thinking, learning, working, and connecting. As a key contributor to Penn Engineering’s Amy Gutmann Hall, she collaborated with KSS and Lake Flato colleagues on the landmark mass timber building for data science and AI.
