Build Knowledge On-Site: Tours at Mass Timber+

The 2026 tour line-up offers conference attendees the opportunity to see groundbreaking mass timber developments in and around Philadelphia and network with fellow professionals. The tours will take place on Tuesday, October 6. Half day and full day tour options are available.

Please Note: Tours are only available to conference attendees. To purchase, add tours to your conference pass when registering. If you’ve already registered, you can purchase a tour separately. Purchase conference and tour passes here.

Half-day tours include Amy Guttman Hall and 1314 Spring Garden Apartments, offered at these times:
7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Full day tours include 1314 Spring Garden Apartments, Edelman Fossil Park & Museum, and Swarthmore College, offered at these times (lunch is included):
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
