Do I need to register for a pass as an exhibitor?
Yes, exhibitors must purchase a two-day pass. Register here.
Exhibitor passes are significantly discounted. This pass is NOT included in the cost of your exhibit space and must be purchased for all company representatives working the booth.What are the hours for exhibitor move in and out?

Where is the conference being held?
The conference is being held at the Philadelphia Convention Center located at 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA.
Is there parking at the Philadelphia Convention Center?
There is no onsite parking available but numerous garages/lots (e.g., Parkway Corp – 15th & Cherry St) are available nearby.

Is food included in my registration?
No. Coffee and tea will be available in the expo hall throughout the conference. Refreshments will be provided during happy hour in the expo hall on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
What is the refund policy for registration?
Refunds will be provided up until September 21st. All refunds will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25. Registration passes are transferrable to another person, up until the day of the conference.

- Tours
Do I need a separate ticket for the tours?
Yes. Tour tickets must be purchased separate from registration passes. Tickets can be purchased here.
Where do we meet for the Tours?
All tour participants must check in at Mass Timber+ Registration at the Philadelphia Convention Center before 8:00 am on Tuesday, October 6.
Can I drive my own car to the tour site?
No. All participants must travel to the project tour site on the Mass Timber+ buses.
Do I need to bring PPE?
PPE will be provided if required.
